電子書籍版「ハリポタ」、グーグルとアマゾン端末で閲覧可能に
ベストセラー小説「ハリー・ポッター」シリーズの電子書籍版が年内に発売される予定だが、Amazonの電子書籍端末「Kindle」のユーザーが取り残される心配はなくなった。 Amazonの関係者が、ハリー・ポッターのサイト「Pottermore」と提携したことを、技術系ニュースサイトTechCrunchで明らかにした。ハリー・ポッターシリーズの電子書籍はPottermoreのサイトを通じて販売される予定となっている。 Googleは米国時間7月20日、ハリー・ポッターの電子書籍が、同社の提供する「Google Books」の電子書籍プラットフォームで読めるようになると発表していた。また、同社がPottermoreと提携したことも明らかにした。 この発表を受けて一部のメディアは、AmazonのKindleだけが「仲間はずれ」にされ、ハリー・ポッターの電子書籍を提供できない可能性があると報じた。だ
