穀粒。ウクライナ・オデーサの黒海に面した港で(2023年3月24日撮影、資料写真)。(c)Sergii MUKAIELIANTS / AFP 【4月19日 AFP】ハンガリー政府は19日、ウクライナ産穀物をはじめとする一部食料の輸入禁止措置について、蜂蜜やワイン、パン、肉類などに対象品目を拡大すると発表した。 新たな対象品目は政令で公表され、砂糖や野菜、小麦粉、食用油も含まれている。禁止期間は6月30日までで、禁止対象品目であってもハンガリーを経由した輸出は認められる。 ウクライナ産穀物をめぐっては、ロシアによる侵攻で通常の黒海(Black Sea)ルートが封鎖されて以来、欧州連合(EU)は圏内を経由してその他の国々に輸出することを容認した。だが、ハンガリー政府は、ウクライナからの輸出品がEU圏内で滞留し、大幅に値引きされた価格で販売されているとの見解を示している。 政令は「ウクライナはE
