This is an analysis of the image resizing algorithms used by popular web browsers. It was made with the help of my ResampleScope utility. These tests were done years ago, and new versions of these browsers quite possibly work differently. TweakPNG is a low-level utility for examining and modifying PNG image files. It supports Windows XP and higher.
