This patch is a cumulative effort of over 15 years of hacking work by Japanese hacker, Turbo-Duo. He has used what he defines as the ‘Dialectic Approach’. There’s new units and some other stuff. It also contains original maps. It features a bunch of new scenarios with battles from Crossbone Gundam, V Gundam, Turn-A Gundam, ZZ Gundam (It’s set in 0090, so I think it’s based on that Gundam Evolve ep
